EZorder 2.0 was designed to solve this entirely. By giving customers a direct channel via QR code, the product eliminates the dependency on staff for routine order-and-pay interactions.
As Junior Product Owner, I worked across the full product lifecycle — from defining user stories and wireframe feedback to coordinating with the dev team on sprint priorities and release readiness.
The app successfully reduced table service time and allowed restaurant staff to focus on food quality and hospitality rather than order-taking. Deployed with live restaurant clients under the Youding platform.
